About Chambers of Aditya Bharat Manubarwala
Chambers of Aditya Bharat Manubarwala is headed by Mr. Aditya Bharat Manubarwala, an advocate with an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge. His practice includes work before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi and Bombay High Courts, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and other commercial tribunals. He has represented the Union of India and the State of Madhya Pradesh before the Supreme Court and is empanelled as counsel to NHDC and CVPPL, two Central Government hydro-electric development corporations.
About the Opportunity
The internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation and meaningful legal work across the Supreme Court, High Courts, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and NCLAT. It combines practical exposure with mentorship from experienced professionals and court work. Legal research and drafting are also part of the advertised learning experience. Interns can develop familiarity with work in different forums while learning from experienced professionals and taking part in meaningful matters. The opportunity is intended for motivated law students who want to build their legal careers through practical engagement with litigation. Roles & Responsibilities
Court Work and Litigation
Gain practical exposure to litigation and court work connected with the Supreme Court, High Courts, CAT and NCLAT. The placement offers students a chance to observe how matters are handled across the listed forums.
Legal Research and Drafting
Take part in legal research and drafting as part of meaningful legal work. The internship also provides practical exposure and mentorship as students build a foundation for future legal work.
