- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and interest in litigation, corporate, or banking and finance work.
- Availability for in-office work in New Delhi.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research statutes, case law and regulatory developments.
- Draft and review pleadings, notices, agreements and legal opinions.
- Prepare case briefs, chronologies and summaries.
- Assist with court filings, documentation and case tracking.
- Support due diligence and compliance work as required.
