Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
- Assist with drafting legal notices, applications, petitions and pleadings.
- Gain exposure to civil and commercial litigation, consumer and RERA matters, arbitration and corporate legal work.
- Assist with court proceedings and case preparation.
- Prepare case briefs, written submissions and legal opinions.
- Gain exposure to filing and procedural aspects of litigation.
