About the Opportunity

Black Coat Academy brings an Intellectual Property Rights Internship cum Training for students who want to move beyond textbook learning and develop a practical understanding of IP law. Starting from 11 October 2026, the four-week programme takes participants through Patents, Trademarks, Geographical Indications and Copyright, with each week focusing on one major IP domain through practical, case-law-based learning. Participants will learn how these rights are protected, challenged and enforced, and will be able to recognise the practical differences between Patents, Trademarks, GIs and Copyright and understand where each right becomes relevant in the real world.

Duration

The programme will run for a period of 4 weeks.

Start Date

The internship starts on 11 October 2026.

Fee

The fee is Rs. 499 for Indian students and USD 6 for international students.
