About the Chamber of Advocate B Abishek
Advocate B Abishek is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and practises before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and other forums across India. He has appeared as counsel in various matters before the Supreme Court of India, including M.C. Mehta v. Union of India and Yadwinder Singh v. Lakhi alias Lakhwinder Singh, and in company appeal matters before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. The chamber’s practice spans litigation before the Supreme Court of India and other forums, as well as non-litigation advisory work.
About the Opportunity
The Chamber of Advocate B Abishek is looking forward to hiring interns and associates. The scope of work covers litigation practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and other forums across India, along with non-litigation advisory, and broadly multiple fields of law may be covered. Interns may join on a part-time or full-time basis, while graduates in the field of law may join on a full-time basis as associates. This paid legal internship in Delhi offers law students and young graduates practical exposure to Supreme Court litigation and advisory work under the guidance of an advocate practising before the country’s highest court.
Location
The internship will be based in New Delhi.
Stipend
The stipend is commensurate with the work undertaken, subject to periodical reviews. The minimum stipend for advocates is in accordance with the circular issued by the Bar Council of India, i.e. BCI:D:5383/2024 dated 15.10.2024.
Eligibility Criteria
- Interns in the field of law may apply on a part-time or full-time basis.
- Graduates in the field of law may apply on a full-time basis for associate positions.
- Candidates should be eager to learn.

- Litigation practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and other forums across India.
- Non-litigation advisory.
- Work across multiple fields of law, as broadly covered by the chamber’s practice.
