Siddharth Kakka Law Chambers (SKLC) is based in Fort, Mumbai. Its practice spans property and real estate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, company and corporate law, arbitration, commercial and contractual disputes, testamentary and succession matters, and related civil and business laws. The chambers undertakes both litigation and non-litigation work.

About the Opportunity

SKLC is seeking law students for paid legal internships offering practical exposure to its litigation and non-litigation practice. Interns will participate in research, pleading preparation, agreement work, case preparation and assistance with proceedings before courts and tribunals.

Number of Positions

Two internship positions are available. The chambers has expressed a preference for appointing one male intern and one female intern.

Location

The internship is based in Fort, near Kala Ghoda, Mumbai.

Duration and Joining

Selected interns must be available to join immediately and commit to at least six months. The six-month minimum is mandatory, and the chambers does not allow exceptions to this requirement.

Stipend

The internship is paid.
