About Ananth Krishna
Ananth Krishna serves as the Research Director at the Nation First Policy Research and Change Foundation (NFPRC), where he also heads the Centre for Law, Policy and Governance. A graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, he has worked extensively in legislative affairs, governance and public policy research. At NFPRC, he leads and coordinates research initiatives spanning parliamentary affairs, policy tracking, institutional reform and governance analysis. NFPRC is a Delhi-based public policy institution dedicated to strengthening India’s governance architecture through evidence-based research, legislative support, and strategic policy design.
About the Opportunity
Ananth Krishna is looking for a smart and driven law student to work directly with him as an intern. The intern will work on independent research projects, articles, information curation, synthesis, and other interdisciplinary assignments across law, public policy, economics, governance and related areas. The role offers direct exposure to ongoing policy research, legislative affairs and governance work at NFPRC.
Mode
The internship will require the intern to work in person from Delhi-NCR for at least one month. It may subsequently transition to a remote arrangement, with periodic in-person engagements depending on performance and the requirements of the work.
Stipend
The intern will receive a stipend of ₹20,000 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should be in their second or fourth year of law school.
- Candidates should have strong research, writing and analytical skills.
- Candidates should have an interest in working across law, public policy, economics, governance and related areas.
