About the Internship

Rumo Consulting is looking for 2 interns for a 1-month engagement, extendable to 3 months, to support its trade law and policy research. The interns will gain hands-on exposure to live trade policy work and mentorship from practicing trade lawyers.

The engagement is suited for candidates with a genuine interest in trade law and policy who are comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Duration

The engagement is for one month and is extendable to 3 months.

Mode and Working Hours

The internship is fully remote, with flexible working hours.

Stipend

A stipend will be paid to the selected interns.

Eligibility Criteria

• Law students or recent law graduates in India.
• Genuine interest in trade law and policy, not just general legal work.
• Comfortable with MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected interns will support the firm’s trade law and policy research, work on live trade policy matters and assist in research and analytical tasks under the mentorship of practicing trade lawyers.
