About the Internship

FinJuris LLP is inviting applications for multiple positions of Legal Intern. The internship is a full-time, on-site opportunity based at the firm’s office in New Delhi. Interns will work across legal research, drafting and case support while gaining exposure to the firm’s practice areas, including taxation, corporate and commercial laws, insolvency and bankruptcy, arbitration and banking and finance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students pursuing LL.B., B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B., and recent law graduates.
• Strong interest in legal research and drafting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse legal issues and conduct case-law and statutory research.
• Detail-oriented, sincere and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced legal environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal and case-law research.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, notices, replies and other documents.
• Providing documentation and case support.
• Assisting with corporate and commercial matters.
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders, as required.
• Supporting matters before courts, tribunals and other authorities.
• Supporting the legal team in ongoing assignments.

Mode and Location

This is a full-time, on-site internship at Connaught Place/Central Delhi, New Delhi. The office is located at FINJURIS LLP, 13D, 13th Floor, Atmaram House, 1 Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi – 110001.

Work Timings

The internship runs Monday to Saturday, as per office requirements and the applicable office schedule.

Stipend

The interns will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
