About the Opportunity
HDFC Bank is hiring a Legal Manager / Deputy Manager to join its Home Loan Collection Legal Team in Delhi. It is a legal manager job in Delhi with a leading private sector bank, and one of the notable legal jobs in Delhi for candidates with litigation experience.
The selected candidate will work with the Home Loan Collection Legal Team, which handles legal aspects of home loan collection and banking recovery litigation for the bank.

The job is based at Munirka, Delhi.
Experience
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience after completing their LL.B.
Key Requirements
- Prior litigation experience in banking recovery is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, 2002; RDB Act, 1993; NI Act, 1881; Payment & Settlement Act, 2007; and Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
- Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
- Strong legal drafting skills.
