The agency works across NFL representation, NIL, creators, marketing, community initiatives and pre-draft services, with locations in San Diego and San Antonio.
About the Opportunity
The Legal Intern will work closely with Premier Athlete Agency’s legal team and general counsel on matters involving athlete contracts, Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) regulations, intellectual property and brand partnerships. The internship provides hands-on exposure to the legal side of athlete representation and real-world issues in sports, marketing and entertainment law.

This is a remote internship.

The internship offers academic or college credit.
Term
The internship will run from mid-September to early December 2026.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contracts and Agreements
Interns will help review and draft contracts, prepare contract summaries, and assist with the legal aspects of endorsement and representation agreements.
Compliance and NIL
The role will involve supporting compliance with NCAA and NFLPA regulations and researching issues connected with Name, Image and Likeness matters.
Legal Research and Policies
Legal interns may perform legal research and support the development of internal legal policies for the agency.
Eligibility Criteria
- College and graduate students interested in legal work involving athlete representation.
- Motivated candidates interested in contracts, sports law, NIL, intellectual property or brand partnerships.
- Applicants able to participate in a part-time remote internship during the mid-September to early December 2026 term.
