About the Opportunity
The firm has current openings for a Legal Intern, a Legal Associate and Accounts Executives. It is a legal internship for law students alongside associate and accounts roles, and it is a legal internship in India with exposure to corporate law, SEBI-related work and advisory practice. Candidates seeking a legal internship at companies or advisory firms may apply for the hybrid intern role, while graduates can apply for the legal associate position in Mumbai.
Legal Intern
- For LL.B. students with an interest in corporate law, commercial drafting and SEBI-related work.
- The role is a hybrid internship and requires a commitment of 8 hours a day.
Legal Associate
- For LL.B. freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- The role is based in Mumbai and will involve corporate advisory, SEBI and regulatory matters, IPR, media-related work, drafting, research and coordination.
Accounts Executive
- 4 positions across Mumbai and Pune, with hybrid/WFH options.
- Commerce graduates and freshers may apply.
- Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books is expected; exposure to income tax, TDS and GST will be an advantage.
- ACCA and CA-Inter candidates are preferred.
