About the Opportunity
The internship will provide selected candidates with hands-on courtroom exposure, active dispute resolution experience, and direct mentoring across multiple legal practice areas. The role will involve legal research, drafting, case note preparation, and preparation of client briefing material.
Duration
The internship will be conducted during October 2026.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in full-time, in-person mode.
Location
The internship will be based at G-35, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi.
Practice Areas
The internship will involve work relating to Commercial Litigation, Civil Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), and Domestic & International Arbitration.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th and 5th-year law students pursuing a 5-Year LL.B.
- Final-year students pursuing a 3-Year LL.B.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Undertake precedent analysis.
Drafting
- Draft pleadings, applications, petitions, and legal notices.
Case Management
- Assist in preparing case notes.
- Assist with client briefing material.
