Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be a person of ability, integrity, and standing.
• The candidate must have special knowledge of, and at least 15 years of professional experience in, international trade, economics, business, commerce, law, finance, accountancy, management, industry, technology, public affairs, or competition matters.
• Experience in competition law and policy may also be relevant where it is considered useful to the Commission by the Central Government.
