The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing Company Secretary qualifications.
- CS Executive students.
- CS Final students.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with UAE corporate legal and compliance assignments.
- Support company incorporation and licensing-related work.
- Conduct regulatory and legal research connected with UAE corporate matters.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing corporate documentation.
- Support compliance and client assignments handled by the firm.
