About the Opportunity

Grecian is hiring a Legal Intern for its in-house Legal Department in New Delhi. This pharmaceutical legal internship will provide practical exposure to corporate, commercial, regulatory, intellectual property and litigation-related matters. The role is suited to law students who want to understand how legal work is handled within a pharmaceutical organisation.

The intern will support legal research, documentation, drafting, matter tracking, compliance-related work and coordination with external advocates. This in-house legal internship will be carried out under the supervision of the Corporate Legal Manager.

The internship will be based in Model Town, New Delhi.

The duration of the internship is 3-6 months. The internship may be extended based on performance and organisational requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary legal and case-law research.
• Assist with legal documentation and drafting under supervision.
• Assist in maintaining litigation and legal matter trackers.
• Support case documentation and coordination with external advocates.
• Assist with trademark and intellectual property research and documentation.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance-related documentation.
• Maintain legal records, agreements and matter-wise files.
• Assist with legal notices and supporting documentation.
• Support the Legal Department with follow-ups, document compilation and other delegated legal work.

Supervision

The intern will work under the supervision of the Corporate Legal Manager and will receive practical exposure to the functioning of an in-house Legal Department.
