As a contract specialist, the Legal Expert will review and assess legal and commercial documents for quality, accuracy and relevance, and provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents to ensure compliance and clarity.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and assess legal and commercial documents for quality, accuracy and relevance.

- Collaborate asynchronously with teams to meet deadlines and improve document standards.
- Apply Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency to enhance document analysis and presentation.
- Work independently to maintain attention to detail and follow structured guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be based in the United States, Europe, the UK or Canada
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong document analysis and review skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
