About the Opportunity
Elevate is the flagship Emirates Group internship programme for university students and recent graduates from around the world to learn, contribute and build professional experience with the organisation in Dubai. The programme runs for six months, starting on January 11, 2027, and this paid internship in Dubai places interns in one of the group’s corporate teams alongside experienced colleagues.
Internship opportunities are available across Emirates and dnata in career areas including Finance and Audit, Strategy, Data and Technology, People, Legal and Risk, covering human resources, legal, privacy, safety and workplace wellbeing, Commercial and Customer, and Operations. When applying, candidates indicate the areas that interest them most, and placements are matched based on academic background, skills and interests.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to real projects and day-to-day business priorities
- Work with colleagues from different backgrounds, functions and areas of expertise
- Develop problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Take part in learning sessions and development opportunities
- Receive feedback throughout the internship, including mid-point and final reviews
- Join a cohort of interns starting their journey together in Dubai, supported by a buddy throughout the programme
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or must have recently graduated
- Candidates must have completed at least one previous internship
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Dubai for six months
- Candidates must not have previously completed an internship with the Emirates Group
- Candidates should be curious, proactive and ready to learn in an international environment
The programme welcomes candidates from a wide range of academic backgrounds, including business, finance, economics, data and technology, engineering, law, human resources, psychology, communications, marketing, hospitality, tourism, supply chain, healthcare management and safety. Some placements require a relevant academic specialism.
Salary and Benefits
- AED 5,000 monthly salary
- Accommodation: company-provided accommodation at Premier Inn Hotel, or an AED 2,000 monthly accommodation allowance
- Flights: travel to Dubai at the start of the internship and home at the end
- Visa and Emirates ID: fully sponsored

- Staff travel: one staff travel ticket upon successful completion of the internship
