About the Opportunity
Advocate Pooja Gala’s office is looking for law students to work as Legal Research Interns. Joining is immediate, and the minimum commitment for the internship is 90 days. Interns will also receive first-hand exposure to real-time professional discussions and meetings.
Location and Working Hours
The internship is strictly offline, based in Thane, with working hours from 11 AM to 7 PM. Candidates must also attend the Ulhasnagar office one to two days per week and remain available for meetings as required.

Eligibility Criteria
The office is seeking law students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or a 5-year integrated LL.B. with an interest in:
- Corporate and commercial law
- Business and company law
- Taxation
- International or foreign law
- Cross-border transactions
- Corporate compliance and regulatory law
- Contracts and commercial agreements
- Insolvency and allied areas
Requirements
- Strong command of English is mandatory
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office
- Strong analytical, research and drafting skills
- Basic Spanish or French is preferred
- Professionalism and a commitment to learning
