About the Opportunity
Jax Law is looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join its Legal, Corporate and Compliance team at Lucknow. This is a paid legal internship offering practical exposure to legal research, corporate law and compliance work.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Legal research and preparation of research notes
- Legal drafting, documentation and document review
- Corporate, regulatory and compliance-related assignments
- Maintaining legal records and matter-related documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should be pursuing an LL.B., B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B.
- Candidates in the 3rd year or above are preferred
- Academic excellence is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills
- Proficiency in IT tools, AI tools and MS Office
- Ability to learn quickly and work within timelines
Duration
The internship will run for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
