About the Opportunity
P&S Associates is inviting applications from law students interested in gaining practical exposure through an internship during October 2026. Interns will have the opportunity to learn through the firm’s work across litigation, arbitration, advisory, contracts, regulatory and compliance, employment and labour laws, and intellectual property matters.
The firm’s Managing Partner, Mr. Kansal, has co-authored Taxmann’s Law & Practice Trio—BNS | BNSS | BSA and assisted Hon’ble Mr. Justice U. U. Lalit, former Chief Justice of India, in revising The Law of Crimes by Ratanlal & Dhirajlal. He also serves as Standing Panel Counsel for the Union of India and has been appointed as an Arbitrator by the High Court of Delhi in commercial matters.

The internship will be conducted during October 2026.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
Interns will gain exposure to legal research undertaken in connection with the firm’s litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters.
Litigation Support
Interns may gain practical exposure to matters handled before High Courts, tribunals, and the Supreme Court of India.
Corporate Advisory
The internship will provide exposure to commercial contracts, corporate advisory, regulatory and compliance matters, and employment and labour laws.
