Roles & Responsibilities

• In-depth statutory and case law research across criminal and civil jurisprudence.
• Drafting of pleadings, petitions and legal briefs.
• Case brief preparation and trial strategy analysis.
• Regular observation of courtroom proceedings before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh and District & Sessions Courts.
