About the Opportunity
NRI Simplify is looking for a Legal Intern to work closely with its legal team. The intern will work on matters involving property documentation, due diligence, conveyancing, title verification, FEMA and NRI transactions.
The internship offers practical exposure to how a property transaction actually moves, from legal research and drafting to documentation, coordination and closure.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Legal Intern will:
- Work on matters involving property documentation, due diligence, conveyancing, title verification, and FEMA and NRI transactions.
- Conduct legal research and drafting.
- Assist with documentation, coordination and closure of property transactions.
Eligibility Criteria
NRI Simplify is looking for someone who is:
- Interested in real estate and transactional law.
- Strong in legal research and drafting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
- Holder of a basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions (preferred).
