About Aventus Legal
Aventus Legal is a legal practice based in Zirakpur, where interns will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure to litigation and legal practice under the Office of Sirat Sapra, Advocate.
The office is located at SCO No. 3, 1st Floor, Jamuna Enclave, Gazipur Road, Zirakpur – 140603.
About the Opportunity
The Office of Sirat Sapra, Advocate, C/o Aventus Legal, is inviting applications from law students interested in pursuing litigation and gaining practical experience in legal practice.
Selected interns will assist with legal research, drafting, court hearings, case preparation, filing and e-filing.
Location
The internship will be conducted at the office located at SCO No. 3, 1st Floor, Jamuna Enclave, Gazipur Road, Zirakpur – 140603.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students with an interest in litigation.
- Students residing in Zirakpur will be preferred.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Candidates must be able to commute independently.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of English.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
Interns will assist with legal research as part of ongoing legal practice and case preparation.
Drafting
Interns will undertake drafting-related tasks assigned during the course of the internship.
Litigation Support
Interns will gain exposure to court hearings and assist with case preparation.
Case Management
Interns will assist with filing and e-filing work connected with legal matters.
