About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Aditi Mohan is inviting applications for Legal Interns for the month of October 2026. Interns will be actively involved in ongoing cases and will gain practical insights into chamber practice.
The internship will provide exposure to civil, commercial and arbitration matters, including legal research, drafting, case preparation, hearings and client interactions.
Duration
The internship will be for 1 month and may be extended based on the candidate’s performance.
Location
The internship is based in Greater Kailash I, New Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th–5th year students pursuing a 5-year LL.B. course.
- 3rd year students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Candidates with prior experience in chamber practice and civil and commercial laws will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research & Analysis
Interns will assist with legal research and analysis relating to ongoing matters.
Drafting & Briefs
The role will involve drafting and reviewing briefs and assisting with the preparation of case briefs.
Case File Review
Interns will review case files and assist in preparing briefs for ongoing matters.
Case Strategy
The internship will involve assisting with discussions concerning case strategy.
Client & Hearing Preparation
Interns will support preparation for client meetings and hearings.
Court & Arbitration Exposure
Interns will have the opportunity to attend court hearings, arbitrations and client meetings.
