About the Opportunity
Garuda TV is offering an unpaid Legal Internship for law students who want to gain practical exposure to corporate law, media law, contracts and legal compliance. Interns will assist with legal research, contract review, documentation and related legal work.
Duration
The internship requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be at least in the 7th semester of an undergraduate Law programme or a related field.
- Strong interest in corporate law, media law, contracts and legal compliance.
- Basic understanding of legal research, contract review and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents.
- Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organise and maintain legal documents and records properly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling legal matters.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
The intern will assist with legal research and analysis relevant to corporate, media and compliance matters.
Contract Review & Documentation
The role involves supporting contract review and handling legal documentation.
Legal Records
The intern will assist in organising and maintaining legal documents and records accurately.
Confidentiality & Compliance
The intern will be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling legal matters and documents.
