Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants should have completed more than four internships relating to the above disputes.
  • Applicants should be able to draft Lists of Dates, Synopses, Factual Notes, and Legal Notes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Research

The intern will conduct detailed and in-depth legal research for regulatory litigation and white-collar crime assignments before hearings.

The matters may involve proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, Sessions Courts, and other forums.

Drafting

Applicants must have the ability to draft:

  • List of Dates
  • Synopsis
  • Factual Notes
  • Legal Notes

Litigation Support

The intern will assist with research assignments involving complex and time-sensitive legal issues across regulatory, corporate, insolvency, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and patent disputes.
