About the Opportunity
Zypp Electric is inviting applications for two Legal Intern positions in its in-house legal team in Gurgaon. The internship offers exposure to corporate, regulatory, compliance and contract-related legal work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Number of Positions
Two Legal Intern positions are available.
Duration
The internship requires a minimum commitment of one month.
Stipend
The stipend will be based on performance.
Location
The internship will be based in Gurgaon.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently enrolled in the second or third year of a three-year LL.B. programme.
- Students currently enrolled in the third, fourth or fifth year of a five-year LL.B. programme.
- Good research, drafting and communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in legal drafting and analysis.
- Proactive, detail-oriented candidates who are willing to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Drafting
- Conducting legal research on corporate and other legal matters.
- Supporting contract-related legal work and assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Legal Analysis and Team Support
- Analysing legal issues and developments.
- Supporting the in-house legal team with day-to-day legal assignments.
Compliance
- Assisting with corporate and regulatory compliance work.
