Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year LL.B.: 3rd–5th Year.
- 3-Year LL.B.: 2nd–3rd Year.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in SCC Online.
- Excellent English and Marathi.
- Attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in litigation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Drafting
- Conducting legal research and case-law analysis.
- Assisting with legal drafting and pleadings.
Litigation Support
- Assisting with criminal and civil litigation.
- Gaining exposure to court proceedings.
Case Management
- Assisting with case preparation.
