About the Opportunity
P A & Partners is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship will involve legal research, drafting, preparation of legal documents, and assistance in litigation matters.
Interns will gain exposure to civil, criminal, constitutional, consumer, commercial, cyber crime, PBPT, and arbitration matters. The role will also include assistance in client conferences and court proceedings.
Location
The internship is based at 102, First Floor, Progressive House, Rohit Kunj Market, Pitampura, Delhi-110034.

Stipend

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students interested in gaining practical exposure to litigation are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in legal drafting, legal research, and court practice.
- Good research, analytical, and drafting skills with attention to detail are required.
- Prior internship experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, or Tribunals will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
Interns will assist with legal research and preparation of case notes.
Drafting
Interns will work on legal drafting and preparation of briefs, compilations, and other legal documents.
Litigation Support
Interns will assist in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, MACT Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial forums.
Client Conferences
Interns will assist in client conferences and court proceedings.
