ProActive Legal is a law firm based in Aryawat Complex, High Court, Lucknow. The firm deals with matters before the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), CAT, civil courts, consumer forums and other legal matters.
About the Opportunity
ProActive Legal is offering a Law Internship for candidates seeking practical exposure to legal practice. The intern will gain experience in legal research, drafting, court-related work and day-to-day office management.
The opportunity requires regular office attendance and daily attendance maintenance. Candidates are expected to demonstrate punctuality, professional conduct and the ability to work in an office environment.
Duration
The internship will be for 2 months.
Location
The internship will be based at Aryawat Complex, High Court, Lucknow.
Working Hours
The office timing is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Eligibility Criteria
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of legal research.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic office-management skills.
- Punctuality and professional conduct.
- Willingness to attend the office regularly and maintain daily attendance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Assist with legal research on matters handled by the firm.
Drafting
- Gain practical exposure to legal drafting.
Litigation Support
- Assist with court-related work involving matters before the AFT, CAT, civil courts, consumer forums and other legal matters.
Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office management.
- Maintain daily attendance and follow regular office timings.
