Chambers of Divij Kumar offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to litigation and day-to-day legal practice through an in-person internship in New Delhi.
About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for a one-month internship during September 2026 or October 2026. Interns will receive practical exposure to litigation, including legal research, drafting, hearing preparation, court proceedings, case strategy and procedural aspects of litigation.
Duration
The internship will be for one month and is available for September 2026 and October 2026.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in person.
Location
New Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law programme.
- Preference will be given to students in their final year or penultimate year.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
- Assist in understanding legal and procedural issues arising in matters.
Drafting
- Assist with drafting pleadings, applications and legal submissions.
Litigation Support
- Assist in preparing matters for hearings.
- Gain exposure to court proceedings and procedural aspects of litigation.
- Understand case strategy and the conduct of matters.
