Selected candidates are expected to complete a structured assessment and selection process and, after graduation, transition into a full-time remote role with the organisation.
Number of Positions

- Brand Protection Intern β 3 openings.
- IP Prosecution Intern β 4 openings.
- Regulatory Compliance Intern β 1 opening.
Mode
The roles are completely remote.
Working Hours
Candidates attending college will work part-time for up to six hours per working day. After graduation, selected candidates must be willing and available to transition into a full-time remote position.
Career Progression
The career progression is structured as follows:
- Pre-screening β One month, unpaid.
- Intern β Paid and part-time while attending college.
- Trainee β Increased responsibilities and revised compensation.
- Full-time team member β Following graduation and completion of a minimum period of six months with the organisation.
Stipend
Interns will receive a stipend of βΉ5,000.
Trainees may receive up to βΉ10,000, depending upon assessment.
Full-time compensation will be determined through assessment.

The available roles cover intellectual property, trademark prosecution, brand protection and regulatory compliance, with the organisation working exclusively on international matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fourth-year students of a five-year LL.B. programme.
- Fifth-year students of a five-year LL.B. programme.
- Third-year students of a three-year LL.B. programme.
- Relevant internship or independent practical experience in intellectual property, trademark prosecution, brand protection, regulatory compliance or related legal work is expected.

Legal Research
Candidates should have strong legal research abilities and an interest in international and cross-border legal work.
Drafting
Candidates should possess strong legal drafting abilities and professional written communication skills.
Case Management
Candidates should be able to manage multiple assignments responsibly while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
