Three immediate positions are available for candidates seeking legal roles involving in-house legal work, contract lifecycle management and litigation.
The openings include a project-based Legal Intern, a fixed-term Contract Management Professional and a full-time Litigation Lawyer. All roles require working from the office in Worli, Mumbai.

Duration
The Legal Intern position will be for 3–6 months on a project basis.
The Contract Management Professional position will be offered on a fixed-term contract.

Eligibility Criteria
Legal Intern
- Candidates should be law students in their 4th or 5th year.
- Candidates should be available for a 3–6 month project-based internship.
Contract Management Professional
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in contract management, in-house legal roles or related work can apply.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools or processes is preferred.
Litigation Lawyer
- Candidates should have 7–8 years of PQE in litigation.
- Candidates should have in-house or law firm experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Intern
- Assist with contract management and contract databases.
- Assist with litigation trackers.
- Support contract reviews and compliance projects.
- Gain exposure to in-house legal work.
Contract Management Professional
- Work on Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Support contract management processes.
Litigation Lawyer
- Manage a pan-India litigation portfolio covering civil, criminal, consumer and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with external counsel.
- Track hearings and maintain litigation trackers.
- Prepare case strategies.
