About the Opportunity
The internship will primarily involve work on arbitration and commercial disputes, with a focus on legal research, case analysis and drafting. Interns will gain practical exposure to litigation and court practice while assisting with legal documents, applications and correspondence.
Duration
The internship will be conducted in September 2026.
Location
The internship is based in Mumbai.
Stipend
The stipend will be based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently in their 4th or 5th year are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates should have strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Candidates should have basic drafting and research skills.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in litigation and court practice.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct in-depth legal research on procedural and substantive laws.
- Conduct legal research relating to arbitration and commercial disputes.
- Assist with case briefing and analysis.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting legal documents, applications and correspondence.
- Assist with drafting plaints, replies, applications and legal notices.
Litigation Support
- Work principally on arbitration and commercial disputes.
- Assist with case analysis and client counselling.
- Gain practical legal experience in litigation and court practice.
