The practice works across IBC Litigation, Commercial and Corporate Litigation, DRT and RERA Matters, Debt Recovery, Pre-Litigation Strategy, and Legal Drafting, in coordination with its Resolution and Insolvency practice.
About the Opportunity
Inspirit Legal is inviting applications for two Legal Intern positions and one Legal Associate position. The roles involve legal research, drafting, case-file review, litigation work, and coordination on ongoing matters.
Legal Interns will assist with research and drafting across IBC, RERA, DRT, and commercial matters, while the Legal Associate will independently handle and assist in litigation and insolvency-related matters.
Number of Positions
There are two positions available for Legal Interns and one position available for a Legal Associate.
Mode
The positions are offered in in-office mode.
Location
The roles are based at Second Floor, 244, Satra Plaza, Sector 19D, Palm Beach Road, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703.
Working Hours
The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Stipend
The Legal Internship is paid, with a stipend provided.
Remuneration
The Legal Associate will receive compensation as per industry standards, commensurate with skills and experience.
Practice Areas
The practice areas include IBC Litigation, Commercial and Corporate Litigation, DRT and RERA Matters, Debt Recovery, Pre-Litigation Strategy, Legal Drafting, and Resolution and Insolvency.
Eligibility Criteria
Legal Intern
- Candidates must currently be in the penultimate or final year of a 3-year or 5-year integrated law programme.
- Prior experience in legal drafting or research is a plus.
Legal Associate
- Candidates must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates must have 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience in Litigation or Corporate Practice.
- Candidates must be able to independently appear before Courts and Tribunals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Assisting in legal research on IBC, RERA, DRT, and commercial matters.
- Reviewing case files and preparing case summaries.
Drafting
- Supporting the drafting of pleadings, notices, petitions, and legal opinions.
- The Legal Associate will draft plaints, replies, applications, agreements, and notices.
Litigation Support
- The Legal Associate will independently handle and assist in IBC, DRT, RERA, and Commercial Litigation matters.
- The role requires independent appearances before Courts and Tribunals.
Case Management
- Coordinating with the Resolution and Insolvency team on ongoing matters.
- The Legal Associate will handle client coordination and matter management.
Pre-Litigation Strategy
- The Legal Associate will develop and execute pre-litigation strategies for debt recovery matters.
