Policy, Politics and Governance Foundation (PPGF) is offering its Introductory Course to Political Consulting (ICPC), a three-module internship programme for students and young professionals interested in policy, politics, and governance.
About the Opportunity
The Introductory Course to Political Consulting (ICPC) is PPGF’s flagship three-module internship programme. The programme combines self-paced coursework, weekend live lectures, and a paid in-office internship involving live policy and political mandates.
The programme is designed for aspiring political consultants, policy researchers, campaign strategists, political journalists, and public affairs professionals seeking practical exposure to political consulting.
Number of Positions
More than 100 internship positions are available.
Duration
The programme will run for 4 months in a 1 + 2 + 1 structure and may be extended.
Start Date
The programme will commence on 12 October 2026.
Mode
Modules 1 and 2 will be conducted on a work-from-home/remote basis, while Module 3 will be conducted in-office.
Fees
The programme is free, with no charges at any stage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students and recent graduates from all academic disciplines may apply, including Law, Political Science, Economics, Journalism, Engineering, and Management.
- Candidates from all academic years, including freshers and graduates, are eligible.
- Applicants interested in building careers in political and policy consulting may apply.
- No prior experience in politics or policy is required.
- Applicants from any recognised University or College are eligible.

The programme will provide practical exposure through live policy and political mandates.
Coursework and Lectures
Participants will undertake self-paced coursework and attend weekend live lectures as part of the programme.
