About the Opportunity
The Legal Intern will support legal matters across contracts, corporate and commercial work, startup governance, healthcare and pharmaceutical compliance. The position is based at Sector 44 in Gurgaon.

Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Practice Areas
Work spans Contract Law and corporate, commercial and startup matters, including governance, shareholders, ESOPs and fundraising. It also includes healthcare and pharmaceutical compliance relating to licensing, labelling and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fourth- or fifth-year law student from a reputed institute.
- Strong understanding of Contract Law and Corporate Law.
- Interest in startup, healthcare, commercial or regulatory law.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A completed or ongoing CS qualification is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contracts and Legal Documentation
- Assist with drafting, reviewing and executing contracts, agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents.
Corporate and Startup Matters
- Support corporate, commercial and startup legal matters, including governance, shareholder matters, ESOPs and fundraising.
Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Compliance
- Assist with healthcare and pharmaceutical legal compliance, including licensing, labelling and regulatory requirements.
Legal Research and Due Diligence
- Research laws, regulations, notifications and regulatory updates.
- Support legal due diligence, compliance checklists, trackers and documentation.
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel on legal and compliance matters.
