Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Law from a recognised University.
- Be registered with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council.
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in handling cases relating to educational institutions, universities or Government departments.
- Have experience in handling writ petitions and appeals before the Supreme Court, High Courts and District Courts.
- Possess good communication skills in English.
- Have good knowledge of law and procedure in both civil and criminal matters.
