About the Opportunity

Interns will also have the opportunity to receive mentorship from experienced practitioners.

The internship will be for four weeks and may be extended based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students of the 3-year LL.B. programme may apply.
- Fourth- and fifth-year students of the 5-year integrated law programme may apply.
- Applicants should have proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication skills and discipline.
- Applicants should possess strong drafting and research skills with attention to detail.
- Prior exposure to corporate law and commercial contracts is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
Interns will undertake research relating to corporate, commercial and transactional matters.
Drafting
The internship will provide opportunities to develop and apply legal drafting skills.
Corporate and Commercial Practice
Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to corporate and transactional work, including matters relating to commercial contracts.
