About the Opportunity
Saar Legal Associates is looking for a Legal Intern for an initial one-month internship, which may be extended based on the intern’s performance.
The role will involve a combination of desk-based legal work and field assignments. Interns will assist with court and tribunal visits, filing procedures, contractual work, legal notices, legal research and case-law analysis.
Duration
The internship will be for an initial period of one month and may be extended based on performance.
Location
The internship will be based in Delhi-NCR.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently pursuing their 2nd to 4th year of law are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should be proactive and reliable.
- Candidates should be willing to undertake both desk and field work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation Support
- Attend court and tribunal visits.
- Assist with filing procedures and procedural enquiries.
Corporate Advisory
- Review contracts and identify potential risks.
- Assist with drafting agreements and other contractual documents.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research.
- Analyse case law.
Drafting
- Assist with drafting legal notices, agreements and contractual documents.
