P&P Advocates and Consultants is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship offers practical exposure to court proceedings, legal research, drafting, case preparation, filing procedures and client-related legal work.
Interns will receive exposure to civil, criminal, matrimonial and commercial matters, as well as proceedings before courts and tribunals. The internship is intended to develop legal reasoning, drafting, research and professional communication skills.

Stipend
The stipend will be provided as per industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be currently pursuing LL.B. or B.A. LL.B.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in litigation and practical legal work.
- Candidates should be willing to learn and take responsibility.
- Candidates should be comfortable with in-office work and court visits.
- Candidates should be disciplined, sincere and committed to the internship duration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
Interns will undertake legal research and case-law analysis as part of their practical legal work.
Drafting
Interns will receive exposure to drafting legal notices, applications, petitions and other legal documents.
Litigation Support
Interns will gain exposure to court proceedings, practical litigation, court procedures and filing processes.
Case Management
Interns will assist with case preparation and documentation and gain practical exposure to civil, criminal, matrimonial and commercial matters.
Client-Related Legal Work
Interns will receive exposure to client-related legal work and professional communication.
