About the Opportunity
EquiTax Law Partners has reopened its recruitment process for Law Interns. The internship is designed for law students who aspire to build a career in tax litigation and gain practical exposure to litigation before various tax forums.
Selected interns will primarily assist the firm’s legal team with research work on matters relating to direct and indirect tax litigation.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct research for direct and indirect tax litigation matters.
- Assist the legal team in analysing legal issues and judicial precedents.
Litigation Support
- Support ongoing matters handled before the High Court, ITAT, CIT(A), DRP, and other tax forums.
- Contribute to the preparation of litigation-related legal work.
