About the Opportunity
The opportunity is intended for candidates looking to gain hands-on legal experience in Intellectual Property Rights and related corporate and commercial matters. Selected candidates will receive practical exposure to diverse IP matters and work closely with the legal and business teams.
Duration
The internship/apprenticeship will be for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Location
The position is based at Balwaan Krishi in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have 3–6 months of prior experience or exposure in IPR.
- Basic understanding of corporate and commercial agreements.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Practical exposure to Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Designs.
- Good understanding of IPR laws and related matters.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Drafting
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
Intellectual Property Rights
The role will provide practical exposure to diverse IP matters, including Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Designs.
Corporate & Commercial Legal Matters
The selected candidate will receive exposure to corporate and commercial legal matters and related agreements and compliances.
Legal Team Support
The intern/apprentice will have the opportunity to work closely with the legal and business teams.
