About the Opportunity

Adsum Legal Services is offering on-site legal internship opportunities for the month of October. Selected interns will work from the organisation’s office in New Delhi and gain practical exposure to research, drafting and courtroom strategy alongside a team of practising advocates.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Legal research on complex questions of law
• Case law analysis and preparation of briefs
• Drafting research notes, memos and case briefs
• Exposure to court proceedings and litigation strategy
• Tracking recent judgments and legislative updates

Duration

The internship will be for one month.

Mode

The internship will be conducted in on-site mode.

Location

This litigation internship in New Delhi will be based at Lajpat Nagar IV, near Moolchand Metro Station.

Eligibility Criteria

• Final and penultimate year law students pursuing a 5-year integrated programme or a 3-year LL.B.
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Serious inclination towards litigation
• Proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication and discipline
• Prior internship experience is preferred
