About the Opportunity
The internship is designed for highly motivated individuals seeking firsthand exposure to how a Founder-led professional office manages ideas, people, institutions, projects, and strategic decision-making.
Selected interns will assist with research, analysis, drafting, project monitoring, stakeholder coordination, business development, professional communication, and special projects assigned by the Founder Office.
Duration
The internship will be for a period of 1β3 months.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in hybrid/remote mode.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have a good command of English with strong analytical and research abilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should have strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should have an interest in law, governance, business, public policy, social innovation, and leadership.
- Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal, Policy and Institutional Research
Interns will conduct legal, policy, business, social sector, market, competitor, industry, and institutional research. They will also assist with research, analysis, and preparation of briefing notes.
Drafting and Documentation
Interns will prepare reports, presentations, proposals, concept notes, and strategic documents. They will also maintain research material, databases, records, and confidential office documents.
Project and Meeting Support
Interns will monitor ongoing projects and maintain action trackers. They will support meetings through agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
Coordination and Business Development
Interns will support coordination with clients, professionals, institutions, organisations, and other stakeholders. They will also assist with business development and partnership initiatives.
Communication and Digital Initiatives
Interns will support professional communication, social media, and digital content initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives
Interns may contribute ideas for new programmes, campaigns, and institutional initiatives and undertake special projects directly assigned by the Founder Office.

The selection process will involve application, screening, interview, selection, and internship.
