About the Opportunity
Navyay Law Chambers is offering a Remote Legal Internship for law students in their 3rd year onwards. The internship will provide practical exposure to legal and regulatory research, drafting, transaction documentation and live assignments.
Interns will have the opportunity to understand how legal and regulatory frameworks operate in the business environment while working across corporate, financial regulatory, fintech and intellectual property matters.
Mode
The internship will be conducted remotely.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their 3rd year or above are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in corporate, financial regulatory, fintech and intellectual property law.
- Candidates should be curious, analytical and research-oriented.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
Practice Areas
The internship will provide exposure to:
- Fintech and Digital Payments
- Investment Funds
- Financial Regulatory Laws, including SEBI and RBI frameworks
- Corporate and Commercial Transactions
- Investment and Fundraising Matters
- Intellectual Property, including Trademarks
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal & Regulatory Research
Interns will assist with legal and regulatory research across financial, corporate, fintech and intellectual property matters.
Drafting
Interns will receive practical exposure to legal drafting as part of ongoing assignments.
Transaction Documentation
Interns will assist with transaction documentation relating to corporate and commercial matters.
Live Assignments
Interns will have the opportunity to work on live assignments and gain practical insight into the application of legal and regulatory frameworks in business transactions.
