About the Opportunity
Sulekha is offering an internship opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in gaining practical exposure to legal, contracts, compliance, finance and documentation operations.
The selected intern will assist with contract documentation, legal document reviews, compliance tracking, records management, onboarding documentation and finance-related administrative work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students or recent graduates with a background in Law, Finance, Commerce or a related field can apply.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess good communication and organisational abilities.
- Candidates should have an interest in legal, contracts, compliance and finance operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Documentation
The intern will assist with agreement and contract documentation and support the review of contracts and legal documents.
Legal & Compliance
The intern will assist in tracking legal and compliance requirements.
Records Management
The intern will organise and maintain legal records and documentation.
Onboarding & Documentation
The intern will support onboarding and related documentation activities.
Finance Support
The intern will assist with finance and legal administrative tasks.
Paralegal Support
The intern will support other paralegal and documentation activities as required.
