About the Opportunity
Forefront Legal Consulting LLP is offering an in-office paid internship for law students interested in corporate, regulatory and compliance-related legal work. The selected intern will receive exposure to research and compliance matters involving company law, LLP law, foreign exchange regulations and securities laws.
The internship requires a minimum commitment of two months and is intended for students who can work from the firm’s Pune office.

The internship will be conducted at Forefront Legal Consulting LLP, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune – 411016.
Working Hours
The office timings are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Practice Areas
The internship will provide exposure to research and compliance work in the following areas:
- Companies Act, 2013
- Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
- Foreign Exchange Management Act and related regulations
- Securities laws and SEBI regulations
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. course can apply.
- Students in the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a five-year BSL LL.B. course can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
The intern will receive exposure to legal research concerning corporate and regulatory laws, including the Companies Act, LLP law, foreign exchange regulations and securities laws.
Compliance Research
The internship will involve research and compliance-related work concerning applicable corporate, foreign exchange and securities regulations.
