Eligibility Criteria
The call for blogs does not restrict submissions to a particular category of contributors. The guidelines permit submissions by authors, with co-authorship of up to two authors.
Submission Guidelines
- The submission must be between 1,000 and 1,500 words.
- An abstract of not more than 70 words must accompany the submission.
- Co-authorship of up to two authors is permitted.
- The manuscript must use Times New Roman, font size 12.
- Line spacing must be 1.5, with paragraph spacing of 6 points above and below.
- The prescribed margins are 1.5 inches on the left and 1 inch on the right, top and bottom.
- No borders should be used.
- Submissions will be accepted only in .doc or .docx format.
- The file name must follow the format βTitle_CCCPL Manuscriptβ.
- The manuscript title must not exceed 12 words.
- The title and all headings must be in bold.
- The manuscript must be anonymous and must not contain the authorβs name, institutional affiliation or any other identification mark.
Originality and Referencing
Submissions must be original work. The Editorial Board will check manuscripts for plagiarism, and a similarity index of 12% will be strictly adhered to.
Offensive, abusive, derogatory or potentially defamatory submissions will be rejected.
All references must be provided as hyperlinks in the body of the submission. Supporting materials and legal texts should also be hyperlinked. Where required, authors may additionally use footnotes in OSCOLA style.
Review Process
The Editorial Board will undertake an editorial review after receiving the submission. The decision regarding acceptance or rejection will ordinarily be communicated within 24 days.
In unforeseen circumstances, the process may extend to 30 days, with the Board communicating the same to the author.
Deadline
The submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. No fixed submission deadline is specified in the call for blogs.
